Welcome to the inaugural season of the Palisades Porpoises Adult Swim Team!
Receive great training that offers guided practices for adult swimmers of intermediate to advanced levels. Participants should be able to swim laps for an extended period of time. Make new friends and enjoy the early morning work outs!
Practices run June 1 - July 23 from 6:30 - 8 am on Tuesday and Thursday.
