Practices this week for All Star swimmers
July 19th
There will be swim practice for all-star swimmers only this week at Palisades.
M-F, 5-6 pm
A reminder that the relay all-star meet is Saturday, July 25th, at 7 am. Warm ups will be at 6:30 am.
The individual all-star meet is Sunday, July 26th, at 8 am. Warm ups are from 7-7:20 for 12U and 7:20-7:40 for 13 and over.
Both meets will be at the Rockville Fitness and Aquatic Center.
Please reply to this email if your swimmer is unable to participate.
