1. Week preview: this week is very busy. Two practice times/day. (You can come as much or as little as you like!). Pre-team and Porpoise Pups begin this week! If you have a swimmer who is volunteer coaching with these programs, please make sure you’ve signed up for days/times. We are hosting this week’s B Meet. The weekend will be busy! We are away for the A Meet and then on Sunday, we host Relay Carnival at Palisades. Read below for all the specifics of the week!

2. Pre-team and Porpoise Pups programs begin tomorrow!

• Pre-team schedule (you can come to as many sessions as you’d like!): 
  • MWF, 8-8:30 am AND T/Th, 3:45 - 4:15 pm

• Porpoise Pups: MWF, 3:45 - 4:15 pm

3. Swim Team practice schedule :

• 8:30-9:30 am, all ages
• 4:15 - 5:15, ages 11 and up
• 5:15 - 6 pm, 10 and under

4. B Meet: Declare your swimmer’s availability and events by 6 pm MONDAY

5. A Meet: Declare your swimmer’s availability by 6 pm WEDNESDAY

6. Private Lessons: many of our swim coaches offer private swim lessons. Please contact them individually if you’d like to set up lessons for your swimmer!

7. Relay Carnival: Palisades hosts all of the Division F teams for an exciting morning of swimming on Sunday! Coaches create lineups and will send out a draft lineup on Wednesday at around noon. Coaches will need confirmation that swimmers that they are hoping will swim are available. Please keep your eyes on your email for that message and respond with your confirmation as quickly as possible! (It is also important to respond if your swimmer is NOT available because coaches will need to find a different swimmer!) FINAL lineup will be set after Saturday’s A Meet.

8. Friday pep rally after practice ends! Join us for the beloved cake decorating. Sign up here to contribute.

9. Our annual Swim-a-thon will take place on July 3! Join us for this fantastic event in honor of Clare Schmidt, and benefitting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. See messages from Kim Penn for information and sign up to work the pancake breakfast! No swim practices on July 3rd.

10. On 4th of July, Palisades hosts our final home meet of the season against Seven Locks. Plan to be at Palisades by 7:45 am, for a 9 am meet start. Plan to stay after the meet for our BBQ and a game of Beaver in the dive well!

11. Swim caps and merchandise: Orders were placed two weeks ago and we are waiting on delivery. We will send a message when we’ve got the goods!
