1. Practices this week are in the afternoon only: 

• 4:15-5:15 ages 11 and up 
• 5-6 pm ages 10 and under 

2. Bag Tag Art: are you the artist for this year’s Bag Tag?

• Deadline is June 22 

3. “B” Meet information 

• Home meet! 
• Please declare your swimmer’s availability and events they’d like to swim by Monday at 6 pm 
• All registered swimmers are eligible! 
• Swimmers can swim up to 3 individual events plus the IM 
• Dress-up theme: Disney 
• Athlete check-in: 4:45 pm 
• Coaches will send meet line-up on Tuesday night 
• Please sign up to volunteer! 

4. Friday pep rally! 

• Chalk the Walk and Secret Swimmer bag exchange! 
• Please plan to stick around after practice for these fun traditions 

5. “A” Meet information 

• Palisades hosts Westleigh on Saturday morning 
• Please declare your swimmer availability (including NOT available!) by Wednesday, 6 pm 
• Coaches will create the line up 
• Coaches will decide on events your child swims 
• Not all swimmers will be in events 
• Senior Recognition meet! 
• Stick around for our family BBQ immediately following the meet. The BBQ is for everyone, even if your swimmer isn’t in the meet - join us! 

6. Officials certification course 

• Tuesday and Wednesday evening, online 
• See the MCSL website for more information
• This summer is a great time to get certified and then shadow our current certified officials!
