July 1 A Meet Details
Dear Palisades Porpoises,
Happy almost-July, and we are looking forward to tomorrow's away A meet vs. Tanterra! Please find key information below:
Location: 18605 Tanterra Way, Brookeville, MD 20833
Arrival Time: Swimmers should be on deck at 8am.
Parking: The pool has a large parking lot that should be able to accommodate both teams. *Please go around the circle and enter the driveway and follow it in until you see the pool.
Meet Theme: Red, White & Blue
Team Area: Our team area will be behind the diving boards. Shade schleppers will bring tents for everyone, and Tanterra has plenty of chairs.
Meet Refreshments: Tanterra's snack bar will be open for breakfast and accepts cash and Venmo.
Volunteers: The officials' briefing will take place at 8:25am, and the timers' briefing will take place at 8:35am. The meet will start at 9am.
Team Lunch: We will have our team lunch after the meet at Chipotle, 3333 Olney Sandy Spring Rd, Olney, MD 20832 (a 5-minute drive).
