Pre Team Practice starts Monday, June 28, 8 am in the middle pool. Practices run for half an hour every weekday until Friday, July 23. We are excited to welcome the Little Porpoises to the team.

Your Palisades Swag Crew is designing a T-shirt to commemorate Palisades Porpoise Katie Ledecky THIRD Olympics next month. Yes, Katie's swim career started on the Palisades Porpoises! Submit your catchy slogan for the T-shirt by the close of the B meet Wednesday by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Order details to follow.

Speaking of swag, remember, you have until the end of the week to pick up your merchandise ordered from shopify. Laura will distribute merchandies at afternoon practices Monday, Tuesday, and at the Wednesday meet. OR you can pick it up from her front porch in Bethesda by contacting her at [email protected].

Important Deadlines:

Sign up for the Wednesday meet by 6 pm Tuesday.

Confirm your swimmers participation in Saturday's meet by 6 pm Thursday. If your child is seeded to race Saturday, we ask that you confirm their attendance. If your child isn't available, please let the coaches know by 6 pm Thursday so they can slot another swimmer in time for team line-up exchange with the opposing team. Please don't leave the lane empty! And give another swimmer a chance if your child can't make it.
