Hello Families ~

Afternoon practices kicked off today. Please note: the 4:15 pm practice is for swimmers 11 and older and runs one hour. The 5:15 pm practice is for swimmers 10 and younger and runs for 45 minutes. These ages are set so that our youngest porpoises, who may be just starting out on the team, have a positive experience in their own practice and don't have to try to keep up with bigger kids who are stronger and swim much faster. No exceptions, please.

Also, our coaches must focus solely on the swimmers during practice. Please refrain from speaking to them while they are on deck training the team. If you have questions or concerns about your swimmer, please email Head Coach Jen Conklin or any of the team reps and we will respond.
