Altered Swim Practice Schedule for This Week
Congratulations Palisades Porpoises for wrapping up the regular season today against Merrimack, when we said farewell to eight graduating seniors. Well done!
We will have an abbreviated swim practice schedule this week. If you are swimming in divisionals or not, your swimmer is invited to just keep swimming:
Afternoon practices:
Monday, Thursday and Friday,
4:15-5:15 pm 11 & older; 5:15-6 pm 10 & under
Morning practice:
Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:30-9:30 am, all ages. (come enjoy donuts on the last morning practice Wednesday)
RSVP for the Swim Team Banquet by Friday 7/19 at 12 noon
The Annual Swim Team Banquet - Saturday, July 20; 5:30 pm - Catered by California Tortilla at Palisades
Adults & 15-18 old swimmers: $15
Children 6-14: $10
Children 5 and under: free
RSVP under Meets & Events on team site by 12 noon Friday, July 19.
Please consider signing up for set-up, clean-up, or to bring a dessert. If you haven't volunteered for the team this season, please take advantage of this final opportunity.
In case of rain, we will hold the banquet at Wilson High School, 3950 Chesapeake Street NW, Washington DC 20016.
