This is a big week for the Palisades Porpoises! 

Tuesday 6 pm, deadline to sign up for the Wednesday home meet against Merrimack.

Wednesday Home Meet, swimmers report at 4:50 pm for warm ups. The theme is Red, White, and Blue! Our swag table will be up, please come by and check out new Palisades hats and magnets.

Thursday 4th of July Swimathon and Pancake Breakfast. Make sure to ask friends and neighbors for pledges to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Swimmers take to the pool for an hour and then chow down on pancakes. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered. We are looking for a few more people to help with clean up. 

Note: NO afternoon practices Thursday.

Friday Pep Rally will feature field games and a potluck. Our tie-dye pep rally, rained out last week, will be rescheduled.

Saturday Away meet against Merrimack, theme is Red, White, and Blue! Saturday also is the deadline to order Division F t-shirts, see info below.

Sunday is Relay Carnival at Franklin Knolls, featuring relay teams in each age category. Coaches will release details soon. Signify your availability for this and all remaining weekend meets on the team site.

Division F T-Shirt Sale Now Open

Order you Division F 2019 T-shirts now in the swim team shop. Look for the tab on the top right side of the website or try this: https://palisades.swimtopia.com/shop. Shirts are $21 for short sleeve, $26 for long sleeve. Orders must be received by Saturday at 12 noon. Shirts will be distributed July 20.
