Hello Swim Team Families!

Thanks to all those who came out today to sign up day to chat with coaches and catch up on team news. If you haven't had a chance to sign up your child(ren) for the Palisades Porpoises, please do so now! The personalized swim cap order will be placed tomorrow so don't delay if you need swim caps, info on registration site.

We have a special plea to parents this year. At the end of this season, we will graduate a number of dedicated and long-serving swim team refs, starters, and judges. Our swim meets cannot run without these crucial parents. So we're asking that you please consider becoming a swim team official this year. Certification classes will be held around Montgomery County June 2, 3, 5, 9, and 11. More information can be found here: Training Sessions

In other news:

Practices start Memorial Day weekend, running Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 9-10 am. Sportsfair will be at Palisades at the Saturday practice to sell team swim suits. Families not attending should contact Sportsfair in Arlington to order swimsuits.   

We also plan to sell personalized towels and Palisades t-shirts, details to come.

Upcoming dates of note:

May 28: Afternoon practices begin and run every weekday, 4:15-5:15 pm for 11 and older; 5:15-6 pm for 10 and under.

June 8: Time Trials
