After a week of intense heat, exciting swim team events, and a busy weekend of racing ahead, we will be giving swimmers (and parents!) Monday morning (7/9) of practice OFF, to re-charge! Normal afternoon practices and pre-team will be held on Monday as we get ready for the final week of dual meets! Remember to come cheer on the team at our final home A meet of the season Saturday and the Division F Relay Carnival on Sunday at Palisades!

Join us July 3rd at 8:30 am for this Palisades tradition to raise money for Blood Cancer United (formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society)! Our Swimathon is held in memory of Clare Schmidt, a Palisades Porpoise who passed away from leukemia in 2005. A beautiful garden for Clare is in the corner of the Palisades picnic area.
The Swimathon is open to everyone! Donations can be made on our Palisades Blood Cancer United website. You can ask family and friends to pledge by the lap or a set amount. (You can continue to fundraise after the Swimathon too - the link will be open through the summer.) Prizes will be awarded for most laps swum in each age group and overall.
